In the online shop http://www.ignitelimitless.pl/ I bought a pair of Puma shoes. Unfortunately I received a completely different model in addition to non-original shoes. Dealer does not accept my proposal to fix the problem.
Because I do not know English for better understanding, I attach all correspondence with the Dealer.
I am getting more and more outraged at your proceeding. I am also confused because of inconsistent informations I am receiving. Once you said it was a warehouse mistake, next second you said that you have changed model because the goods I had ordered was out of stock (without consulting it with me and accepting the change). What is more, I feel cheated. For the price of original Puma shoes, I received fake ones. You pretend to be word famous brand, and this is punishable. So I repeat my offer of conciliatory dealing with it - refund 50% of my payment or returning shoes on YOUR cost. If that offer is not accepted, my next step will be bringint that case to the European Consumer Centre.

The goods you order is out of stock. So we have change for a similar and Best seller one in this year.I'm feel very sorry. There are many orders and the shipping department made the mistake in busy. By the way,the product you have received is one of the Best seller in this year. sorry for the inconvenience.

50% refund is my final offer. In my opinion it is a good offer, because not only you have send me wrong model of shoes, but also I was cheated. These shoes are not original Puma, they are fake ones. If my offer is not accepted, I will ask European Consumer Centre to look at this case. I will also publicize this topic on social media to beware other people of buying in your store.

You have to pay expensive shipping fee for returning and resending which is enough for you to buy a new one.It will lost much money not only for us but also for you.I kindly suggest you that resell them to your other people or give them to your friends/relatives as gift who fit for them. Then I will confirm with our finance department to process 15% as the compensation. Is that ok?

This offer doesn't satisfy me, it is also inconsistent with your own terms and conditions of orders and returns. I do not understand why client would suffer the consequences for mistakes of your warehouse workers. Rules are clear: the seller is responsible for any product incompatibility with the sales agreement. The regulation also says that can demand suitable reduction of the price or termination of the sales agreement. So my offer is refund 50% of total payment as recompensation for inconviniences that came without my fault or termination of the sales agreement. As I said before, that model of shoes does not suits me, so I would need to sell it to someone else. That is associated with greater financial loss for me. Moreover, I still remain without shoes and funds for buying another pair :)

so sorry for our warehouse worker's mistake,
after our manager negotiation we hope you can accept our partial refund 10% of your total payment,
and than stop this transaction, as if you sent it back you will cost a lot of shipping fee
and custom tax and it also maybe lost during return, it is not deserved.
