I ordered the "FREE TRIAL" from each of these companies, they debited my credit card immediately and now over a month later I am still waiting for my trial packs to arrive, it does not take this long to be delivered to Australia. Hydroxatone refuse to answer the numerous emails of complaint I have sent and Juveneu give all manner of excuses why the product has not arrived but cannot guarantee that they actually even sent it, refuse to refund postage. Do not buy anything from these two thieving, scamming and lying morons, do not deliver what they advertise>
