75011 Paris, France undertook the work to get his website designed for Desi Baby Sitter worth 43,000. Inspite of whole work done in Aug 2017, he is still to pay our Rs. 16500. He is making us run rince last 4.5 Months. I want proper action taken against him for this blatant cheating and injustice

We completed his work in August. But he paid us just Rs. 26,500 and since august he is making us run for our balance Rs. 16500 and refusing to pay. I want proper action taken against him for this injustice and fraud
