received an "official" looking notice in the mail stating my 2007 Ford warranty was about to expire. I called the number listed and was on hold for 5 minutes. A woman answered and explained that my 2007 Ford warranty was going to expire and I needed to send money for continued coverage. I told her I don't own a 2007 Ford and haven't owned one in over 10 years, I asked where she got her infofrom and she yelled at me that I called her..and hung up!
