SaveologyTech 877-713-5405 charged $64.94 to my account without authorization. I signed up for Time Warner and agreed to pay $83.46. The man i spoke to (allen Employee ID: 2<Q) told me i could get $50 back if i went to www.saveology-tech.com.
I went to the website and it didn't come up; it said it wasn't a valid site. I dropped the "-tech" and arrived at www.saveology.com, which had no links to anything Time Warner related. I called time warner and they told me they had no idea who they were. I had to tell THEM that they were affiliated with saveology!
The day after i spoke to saveology.com staff i recieved a router in the mail; i called the company and they offered to give me a refund. I had to take off work to mail back a product to company who went into my personal HARD EARNED funds WITHOUT PERMISSION. On top of that i spoke to the "manager" Maria, who was horrible!
I can't believe this is a legitimate company! I feel so violated!
