Had a message on my pc, claiming that I'd won an apple phone or other appliance, I was asked to complete a survey and answer questions, ever since then my credit is being taken, can't afford to add to my phone, afraid to, in case they take more money, I know I'll never win anything, that these people are con artists, people shoulds be warned about them, have asked them to stop, don't know whether they will, can u help me?
