Found a charge on my checking statement that I did not recognize for $99.99. Upon going into my bank statement I found a 3rd party E-check for $99 made out to Express Platinum. As I have no credit cards I was worried. The check had a long check number on it and in the memo space another number. It stated on the check "authorized by owner" This too was a flag to me.
I called my bank and they gave me a number to call them. Of course there is no one there, only music playing. It did have one option that said if I wanted to cancel the card, to go to a place on the internet. Of course there is no such place. They have all my personal info including bank number etc. I do banking on line, so this must be where they got my info. I have reported them to both my bank and the attorney generals office.
