I got an email from them on 10/17/2011 saying that i was approved for my loans. I called them up on the toll free number (1-888-470-6084) to discuss further information. I spoke to Christine Myers. She said that I'm qualified for a secured loan. In which case I'll either have to get a guarantor as a co-signer to secure my loan or buy the creditors insurance policy in order to secure the loan. She emailed me the official documents on 10/25/2011 to look over them and make my decision. I took couple days to make up my mind. After thinking and researching the website I called her and said that I'm willing to secure the loan by buying the creditors insurance policy. She asked me to buy green dot money pak and load $510.03 on it and call her. I called her the evening of 10/31/2011 and bought the policy by using the green dot money pak card. She emailed me with a confirmation on 11/01/11 and said that once my loans are secured my funds will be deposited in my account within 48-72 hrs. I had also faxed them my personal information such as my drivers license, my pay stub, void cheque to finish the paper work for direct deposit. I've tried reaching them after that via phone. The phone goes to the voice mail. I also emailed them.
She returned my phone call on 11/07/11. Unfortunately I couldn't answer it because I was away. I returned her phone call within 30 minutes. She didn't answer. I also got an email from her on 11/07/11 saying that my loans are still available but they are held due to lenders request. She asked me to call her at my earliest to discuss them. Since then I've called her several times. She doesn't respond. I also emailed her on 11/07/11 saying that I've changed my mind and that I don't want the loans anymore. I requested her to refund $510.03 that I paid to secure my loans. She still hasn't called me or emailed me.

OH attorney general has been unable to help me recover my money. They suggested me calling the fraud department with green dot money pak company. I already did so, they need a police complaint # in order to investigate and refund. I'm about to file a complaint. Will see how things go, but these people need to be punished and i need my money back.
