On the 27.10.2011 I did sign up for a free sample of this product, and paid the postage of $3.95, I still have not received a product. On the 17.11.2011 I was billed $103.64 for the same product and still no product. I want my money back please.

Call 0289994104 - this is Australian number diverted to the US. They have said that they will refund my money in 5-7 working days.
I did get my money back from Juvenea (similar scam - actually it was advertised that the two products go together). Best of luck! -
