I bought a large package of bids which was supposed to "guarantee" that I could get the product. I was bidding on an item and ran out of bids. I am an experienced bidder from other sights, so I knew what I was doing. When I went to purchase it outright as they said I could do for the difference of the $$ amount I spent on bids and the retail cost of the item, it was "out of stock". I e-mailed customer support several times and it has now been over three weeks and I have not had an answer. When I go in to check on the progress of my claim, it says that it is being assigned to a support desk. I have had no help or response to my ad. Also, they said they would refill my bid account if I lost the bid, which they have not done. They gave me less than 1/3 of the bids I used. There are plenty of good penny auction sites out there, don't use this one.!!!!!
