J'ai commandé le 23 octobre un sérum et une crème pour un montant total de 35.90 € (29,95 + 5,95). J'ai bien reçu mes produits mais ils continuent de me prélever sans mon avis (69.95 € le 14 novembre, 69.95 € et 29.95 € le 28 novembre).
J'ai reçu de nouveaux produits (non commandés) je n'ai pas ouvert ceux-ci et j'ai envoyé des messages pour qu'ils reprennent leurs produits mais pas de réponse.
J'ai porté plainte et ma banque m'encourage à poursuivre.
