THIS COMPANY REPLACED A LIGHTBULB IN MY 65 " TV IN SEPT. I HAVE WAS TOLD I HAD A 3 MONTHS WARRENTY, WHICH IS UP IN DECE. THE BULB IS DIMMING N I AS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD COME OUT TO TAKE A LOOK BUT, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A SERVICE FEE AGAIN IF I WANTED SOMEONE TO COME OUT. I FEEL THE SERVICE FEE SHOULD BE APART OF THE WARRENTY THAT WAS GIVEN BEFORE, BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS STILL INCOMPETE IF THE SAME BULB IS NOT SERVICEING ME.
