I ordered this product, that was supposed to be free except for the $4.95 shipping. You also had two weeks to cancel your membership upon trying the product. I am unable to reach anyone to cancel and in turn get my $89.87 back. Now I am just worried I will continue being charged monthly!

- To add to my complaint, I just sat on hold for 10 minutes after locating another number to the company. Finally, I get a message saying that the offices are closed. The kicker is that it listed the office hours, and I called during those hours!!
