I filed a complaint yesterdat about Utell2011 but they have the same address as ukeepvoip! I called Utell2011 and they told me it was'nt them it was Ukeepvoip! So I called Ukeepvoip and he told me he would cancel out the service! I told him 'what service'! I never heard of them! Don't know if I will get the money back but they are jerks! Of course it was a total of $37.95 taken out of my checking acct.! They are ripping people off by the hundreds! Something has to be done! I just emailed them again with no answer! Go figure!
