i went to the winston-salem NC mall may 31 2011 and was coming out of lane bryant when i was approached by the manager (lion kga) about a hair straightener. It could straighten and style your hair. I did not believe him because my hair was already straight so i told him to use the product on my sister and it worked so i bought it. The manager also told me that i could have a money back refund if i changed my mind and i would have a warranty for 1year. After using it about 5 times it no longer worked so i went to go return it and another associate was there (leron) he was very rude and would not return my money. He said there was no refund policy and i asked him to call the manager and he refused. I asked him to give me the number and he refused. He threatened to call security on me and he did not. He even said to call customer service and the number he gave me was not customer service at all. I am now 100 short and stuck with a broke straightener and i am not the only one. This is happening all over america.
