I watched a online video and it stated that it was giving this process for free just put in your info and get started. Then Frank Lucas states for just $97.00 to keep his secret data bank for only a few, then the next page it wants $97.00 more for setup when i declined it then offered it for $47.00, i've been trying to get my $97.00 back with no luck. paypal payment pp1592
