I was applied for personel loan for my emergency 350 dollars and he said approved and will send the money direct deposit into my bank by wiregram but never receieved it none and charge me 19.00 dollars rip off for no reason..I m low welfare income and My name is Cathy Hopper of 5/3 bank of Westerville Ohio charged 19.00 that never received 350...I want it money back credit back into my account...please
