I purchased 2 jackets from them on Nov 25. Do not do any business with these people at all. I got them on Dec 2. The ladies jacket is too small. It is almost impossible to return or exchange them. It could take up to 30 days,,,,& cost as much as $40. I set up a chat with north face.com & asked them if they(nfoutlet.org) is affiliated with them. The answer was no. People beware,,,,the only way to get a "real" north face is from north face.com. All the other websites are bootleg!
