I was online looking up possible installment loans I may qualify that I needed to use to replace appliances. I filled out a online application for a loan and got referred to random and multiple loan companies. I never went through with a online loan, but instead went with a payday loan in my area. About 2weeks after I was looking online etc. for the loans I noticed on my account it had taken a debit of 30.00 from me. I keep up with all my transactions and this was not one of them. I tried looking up their site but it showed nothing but a link saying java needed to be updated and after updating, it still said the same thing. Instead I called their number listed on my account for the next 2 days. All I could get was a recording saying they had no available reps and to call at their normal business hours from 9am-9pm(no set days). Still no response so I told my bank and Im having to close my account and file a dispute. Im really pissed since I was a little short trying to pay for my puppy's vet visit(has parvo) and that was not the time for me to have these bitches fucking hack my account. I hope I get my money back and someone shuts this phony company down.
