I was checking my bank account balance online & noticed a debit to my accout with a long check number (mine are only 3 digits) & when I looked the check, it showed Utell Inc. withdrew $38.99 from my accout and the check is electronically printed and says "Authorized by your customer. No original signature required." I never authorized any amount of money to come out of my account. When I tried to call the phone number listed on the check (888) 657-4414, there's a recording that says to leave your name & number, but no one ever answers. I will keep trying because I only use this account to pay bills & only have enough in the account to do so, nothing extra.

- I just called the (888) 657-4414 number yet again, but this time the recording said all representatives are busy & if you're calling to cancel your account, call 302-724-6109, which I did. I actually spoke to a live person & he said Utell is an internet dialer company who provides long distance dialing for your computer. I don't call anyone from my computer, so I have no clue what this is, but he said he would cancel my membership & even gave me a cancellation number & said that "if it is approved", my $38.99 will be refunded in 5-8 business days.
