- I've called 8662101236, since they have no record of me, I'm not on hold on 8776520209. I have to close out my account and start over. This sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

- I called the phone number listed with the debit, 8662101236 which directed me to their website and I looked up the terms and conditions, https://www.yourloan101.com/terms.aspx. Apparently the the 3 cent and 1 cent debits are micro debits designed to verify identity and once your loan has been pre-approved, they charge $30. To get your money back, email [email protected]
