Their web site seemed OK, so I set up an account and ordered a pair of UGG Button Triplet # 1873. The total cost was to be $110.89. The next day 11-30-11, $111.56 was deducted from my debit account and paid to a 3rd party account by the name Gautevio B.V. Beijing. I never received an e-mail confirmation, and they will not answer my e-mails, or live chat attempts.

hi just to let you know I ordered from the same company on 11/25/
money was taken out the next day. Could not get in touch with them to discuss my order and why it was taking so long to process. I received my boots about three hours ago 12/08/2011. Well the boots look fake, did not even come in a box, it was shipped through DHL in a plastic bag, in an ugg plastic bag. so I guess yours is on its way. I got my fake boots, so let me know what u think of your boots when you get them. just leave me a comment. I also have a repot on this site. or leave a post on your report page.
