I joined Ziinga about two weeks ago; now to my misfortune I see that they have charged me the sum of £59.99GBP. Upon speaking to their customer services team, "Annie", informed me that I had signed up to their Platinum services, which I for one did not know that I had. "Annie", also informed me that it was too late to be reimbursed for this charge, but said that any complaints could be made in writing to their address as listed below. The site Ziinga, must be the worse of its kind, you place your penny bid, watch the clock count down & it lingers on the last second for ages, & ages thinking to yourself that you have won the rather exceptional deal but then the clock goes back to 2 minutes. The site is just one big SCAM, the winners are only the Ziinga team, they choose when to end the auction & as for the clock, well this is just a misconception as to when the auction will really end.

I would strongly recommend that no one, for whatever reason joins up, I want the site closed down, & any money owing from unauthorised transactions be reimbursed forthwith!
