Purchased approximately $45,000 worth of gym equipment for a new gym I opened up. Equipment that was purchased was not new, however was supposed to be cleaned & serviced and in working order. Every single machine I received was neither cleaned or serviced. Some of the equipment was not working. I fought for weeks for service to these machines, and only had some issues resolved. I had to hire outside service contractors to service all of the machines and repair the non functioning ones.
I also had trouble with new equipment I purchased. I waited over a month, and only a small portion of the order was received, costing me delays in opening, and costing me not only wasted rent and utilities, but also loss of memberships. I had to reorder with a new company who fulfilled the order from California in a week. To this day, I have not had one pleasant experience with this company and I've had to retain an attorney to deal with the issue, among the stress, time lost.

  • Unfortunately,we can not control what any individual reports on a website such as this.We can only say that we take any complaint seriously.We have tens of thousands of customers worldwide and it is not our intent to disappoint any.If we make a mistake,we act quickly to correct it.

    In this particular case,the consumer's accounting of what transpired is completely inaccurate which is why we won the credit card dispute they filed against us.We are currently awaiting a trial date for a suit we have filed against the customer because of money they still owe us.They have postponed the first trial date and we would prefer that they just pay what they owe so that we are not forced to continue this path.

    It is unfortunate that people are allowed to say whatever they want on the internet about a company or individual w/out actually having to back that up.We are sorry that this transaction did not go the way that we would have hoped,but it was through no fault of ours.Despite it all,we wish this customer nothing but the best in their health club venture and ask that they just pay us the money still due us.
