I logged into my online banking account and noticed a charge for 30.00 and I called the phone number associated with the charge. I sat on hold for 45 minutes with no answer. After calling my bank I found out it was associated with my account not my debit card, I may now have to change my account causing me to lose more money in check reprinting. I have no idea how they got my information but this fraudulent charge has really messed up our budget.
