- Email them, I did and after several emails I got the boots! But (and that's a big but!) if you are expecting the real thing like I was you'll be disappointed!! The are imitation UGGS not AUTHENTIC ONES LIKE THE WEBSITE LEADS YOU TO BELIEVE.
