j'ai commandé des échantillons qui me sont arrivés en novembre et depuis cette date il m'a été prélevé par 4 fois des montants de deux fois 79,86 le14/11 et le O5/11/2011 € et deux fois 79,15€ le 07/11 et le 05/12/2011ce qui fait un total de 318,02€ sans autorisation sur ma carte bancaire, je ne sais pas comment faire arrêter ces prélèvements. je viens d'aller à la banque faire opposition à ma carte bancaire et en demander une autre. Et maintenant...???
