on the 1/12/2011 i noticed £59.99 had gone from my bank,i contacted my bank,who said it had gone to an outfit called zinga.i
found their site,and asked them why they had taken this money.They said it was for a purchase of a cannonpowerball1200 i had made on the 1/11/2011 i have asked them to either refund my money,or send the item i have supposed to have purchased.they said to get the item,i had to send them proof of my itentity by either a copy of my debit card,passport or driving licence.they said i could do it by downloading a form from the details they gave me,in curiosity i did this,but the form was in a foreign language.i have never ordered anything from this lot,and they cannot prove i have.i have entered the amount this cost me,and when ithappened.
