since march 2011 I have been trying to get my refund from 4 star get away. I've called, contacted BBB of Fla. several times.BBB had contacted them and they had stated twice they would return my refund or it was in the process. I fill I had acted in right manner and waited long for my refund to be returned. I have copies of papers, wrote down manes and dates,times I had called etc. Why is it so easy for a company to take your $ from your bank account and so hard to get it back?
