Initially, they called us and said they just needed to renew our listing. We specifically asked if this was the Yellow Pages company we already have an account with or if they were soliciting new business. They insisted we absolutely had an account with them. When we hung up the phone, we looked them up and realized they were a scam, so we called them immediately back and asked to be removed from listing. We received an invoice in the mail shortly after.

Now, we are being harassed by someone who says is in their 'legal' department and they keep yelling into the phone, 'you are in collections.'

This company is unethical, misleading and has taken it to a very personal level, byharassing myself and other workers in my company.

I am looking for no monetary refund. I would like them to be flagged as they are a complete scam, and I would like my business's name to be cleared of anything in Collections.
