I received a flyer at work over the fax machine. Because this is the first Christmas without my mother who died suddenly and whom is buried in Florida, the vacation to Orlando, Fl enticed me. I called the number even though I thought better of it. Because I was filled with emotion, the salesperson Mark talked me into giving him my banking information. He guaranteed me that he would be able to fly me and my children to Orlando to visit my mother's gravesite. He guaranteed that I would be able to fly out to meet up at the gravesite with my other brothers and sisters. After speaking to my sister, she told me that they were a scam and to call and cancel. I called to cancel and all they have been doing is abusing me. They have called me names. They have hung up on me. They have kept me on hold. They have laughed and said that I am NEVER getting my money back. They have said they would fax forms for a partial refund, which they never even did that. They NEVER even sent the vouchers for the travel. Basically, they STOLE my money. I am so sad about my first christmas without my mom and now I have this extra stress. This is the worst christmas ever!!!

  • Call your band ask for a reversal for the electronic check, then give the bank any notes emails you have, they will take it from there! It worked for me. Just out of curiosity was the manager David Sinclair?... they too called me names and laughed when I asked for a refund.

This is the form I used... my bank was sided with me...even though I initially authorized it, I authorized a purchase assuming I would get something in return. I did not however authorize company to steal from me. Also, what helped is the company name on the flyer for the trips was not the company that did the authorization, the check was electronic so you should check with your bank to get a copy of that check and see who they made out the check too.... hope this helps. Jfyi, there is a law that says that companies cannot deceive a consumer into buying something if that is truly not what they get in the end, which in our case was nothing. Good luck.
