I ordered two groupon deals for 6-bottles of Vodka for $60 each in late November. I placed the order with the store on Dec 2nd, at which point they charged an extra $10 per order for shipping and handling. I had to call twice on Dec 6th to get them to actually fill the order and send shipping receipts. It is Dec 19th, one box was delivered smashed and leaking - which I returned to sender. FedEx has refused to deliver the second shipment after one failed delivery attempt, and because of the fact that it is alcohol, must be stored at their Sacramento depot for pick up. I live 80 miles away in San Francisco. Vino Bazaar has not returned any phone calls or emails, and I find it unlikely I will get a refund - nor will I have these Christmas presents in time.
