I had a similar problem with this SCAM, but I did a little research with the 18663620890 phone number my bank provided me with. I contacted the BBB but they were not able to help track them down because they didn't know where they were. I Googled the number and found out it came from Shandong Weifang China. The phone number is a prepaid wireless number on a 3G network. The person answering the phone for customer care, management, and refund department are the same person. Both I and the BBB contacted them to ask their location and the lady nervously said California and told me that was all she was at liberty to tell me. After about 3 weeks of being relentless about my money she finally agreed to give it back. This certainly needs to stop and I hope the information I have provided will help in furthering that cause. This is a person not even from America selling American dreams to poor unsuspecting, hardworking Americans. I hope and Pray the all persons preying upon people are all caught!
