I got told that they could get Chase to lower my principle and monthly payment. After 3 letters of demand and a letter to my congressman there still was no results. In my contract it said I could get my money refunded if they didnt provide to me what they said they could. Now their phone is discounted and I am out the money. How do I get my money back. They wouldnt let me charge it or send in a check I should have been suspious then.
