The sight looks real but i discovered its not, placed an order for 2 purses but that was over a week ago and it still says the order is pending. I called my bank and put a stop pay on the order an emailed the custmer service rep (susan) to stop the order but no response. I should have done my homework before I placed the order so I can only blame myself. This web sight looks and seems like a real coach outlet store, be careful make sure you find a sight with a us address and a phone number. If it seems to good of a deal there is a reason
