I visited their site and and entered in some information SOLELY for the purpose of having one of their representatives call me about their services. When they called me the next day, I explained that I was not interested in what they had to offer. Not only did they continue to call, but a few days later $30 was taken out of my bank account!!! I only provided my bank account info because it was supposedly necessary to have someone contact me. Obviously this was stupid of me, but either way, I NEVER authorized a $30 transaction what they did is against the law. I called to have the charges reversed and the $30 reimbursed right away and they said it would take 5-7 days to process. They even gave me a confirmation code for the refund transaction. 10 days later, no refund yet. 13 days later, still no refund. At this point, I called them to see what was going on and they said it was still processing and to please be more patient. I was VERY patient with them and it has now been ONE MONTH and STILL NO REFUND! When I called them for the 3rd time, they said they would pas the message on to the refund department that I have not received my $30 yet and that someone in the refund department would take a look at what is going on. The man I spoke with said there is nothing else he could do to help me and that the refund department would take a look at the problem. That was 4 days ago and yep, STILL NO REFUND. I will call them again on Monday and I will also be informing the BBB of this online SCAM.
