J'ai commandé par l'intermédiaire de facebook des échantillons de ces produits et seuls les frais d'envoi devaient être facturés ce qui a été fait le mois dernier. Aujourd'hui à la lecture du relevé de ma carte bleue je m'aperçois que cette société a prélevé sans aucune autorisation les montants de 79,15 euros au 02/12 et 79,86 euros au 03/12. J'en demande le remboursement et l'arrêt immédiat des prélèvements non autorisas sur mon compte.
