I also signed up for the online marketing service on 14 Dec and was charged 9.97 to my credit card. Then on 22 Dec my card was charged 65.99. The representative I spoke with at 1-866-955-9132 tried to advise me that the agreement was listed with the payment details. I then asked her how I could respond within 7 days when the charge didn't show on my credit card statement until 8 days after I had signed up. I also advised her of this page, and that at least 10 complaints had been filed already against ebizpckg. She gave me a cancellation code, and told me that I could expect a refund with 14 days, but that I should call back with 14 days of initially signing up. This will be 28 Dec, tomorrow, and I will be certain to call.
