Paid for shoes that never arrived. Tried to open dispute through Paypal, who did nothing to investigate. The scammer gave Paypal a phony tracking number to make them think they shipped my order, so Paypal closed my dispute, siding with the scammer.
I did a search and found that I'm not the only one they've scammed.
