I was told about flex card through a friend that received an email from them, so she gave me their telephone# to see if I would qualify. Upon calling, the rep advised that I would have to go online and apply for the card to see if I qualify for it. When I submitted my application the website said that it was approved and that I only had a limited time to double by credit limit for an additional $29.00, in which the two transactions immediately came out of my account. Since, I received an email stating they are closed due to the system upgrades because of the large volume of customers they now have and thanked me for being a customer.
