this is an update. i called the number on medchelp.com ( 800-349-3027) and they said they'd take this charge off my card within 7-10 business days. this is the 2nd time they've charged me without my permission. the 1st time was on 6/28/11 and the charge was taken off when i called them the next day. we'll see how it goes this time around.
bty.i couldn't get through on the phone last night so i tried the live chaton the website and she said she couldn't find any records for me.
when i called thismorning all i had to do was give them the last 4 numbers of my card and my name. i think that's the way it went last time.
