I applied for a payday loan...i never accepted any loan offers and really don't know who these people are, but today the deducted $19 from my account. Of course the don't list a phone number to complain or request a refund and my banks says my only alternative is to close my account and reopen a new on...which is a big inconvenience. I hope this company get shut down...fast!!!

- Royce, I had the same problem. My checking account was debited $19.00 by Williams. I went back to the website and read the fine print. When you apply you agree to be charged $19.00 just for applying. Even if you are a returning custumer you are charged $19.00. I should have read all the fine print more carefully. As long as you do not apply with them again you should not be charged the $19.00. I hope this helps.
