I SIGNED UP FOR A FREE TRIAL AND PAID POSTAGE AND HANDLING. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT. I PHONED THE BRISBANE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE AND SPOKE TO SAM WHO HAD AN AMERICAN ACCENT. SHE ADVISED I COULD NOT REQUEST A REFUND UNTIL I RETURNED THE PRODUCT WHICH I DON'T HAVE. I REQUESTED SHE CANCELL MY ACCOUNT AND WAS ADVISED THIS WAS DONE. WHEN I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT WHICH SUPPOSEDLY IS IN TRANSIT AND RETURN IT I CAN THEN CALL THE TOLL FREE NUMBER 8885630374 AND REQUEST A REFUND.
