I received an e-mail after responding to a receptionist job on Craig's List. I looked up the company for scams before I did anything and found this website. So I tried to go to their website which tells you nothing and says it is under construction. I hope others will read this and also be warned. The e-mail read:
We would like to thank you for sending your resume to Clarke Careers & Partners. After reviewing your initial credentials, I think you could possibly be a great fit for our company.
Our Human Resource manager would like to schedule an interview with you before she leaves for vacation early next week. You need to complete the pre-interview screening before we can schedule an interview, which can be found at http://workforclarke.info or the career link on our homepage. Your applicant code is 738123.
Please write down your code, as that is the only way you can gain access to your application and employee profile. Once you complete your screening someone from HR will contact you within 72 hours to schedule an interview.

- I also responded to a craigslisting and just received the same email from Alex Mullins of Clarke-Careers, I thought it sounded familiar (I think responded to another ad a while back) but I thought I'd go ahead and click the link and instead of filling out the information form they wanted, I clicked the "About Us" link which opened up to a page that looked ok but found none of the links worked except the one to go back to page where I started. I backed out of it the first time and forgot about it but I decided to google search this time and found this posting here. Thank you.

- I too responded to a job listing on Craigslist Nashville and received the exact same email from Alex Mullins! I received another scam email earlier in the day about another position so I was leary of the applicant code to apply for the position instead of getting a call to interview. So I decided to google the company and this is what I found. Wow! Thank you!
