THEY CLAIM TO B FUNDED BY THE STATE AND WHEN I CALLED THE STATE THEY HAVE NO KNOLEDGE OF THEM. THEY MADE FALSE PROMISES AND TOOK MY MONEY. WHEN I CALL THEM AND ASK QUESTIONS THEY PLAY STUPID AND PRETEND THAT NOTHING IS GOING ON AND CLAIM TO BE TRUSTWORTHY.
