We surrendered our timeshare holiday points to them at our cost of £300.00 (they wanted us to pay £900.00) but we negotiated down to £300.00. My new fees statment from the timeshare vendor has arrived and I need to send this to them . I have tried contacting them via email (regected return) and phone (not ringing) and mobile (not available). Have I been scammed? [email protected], 01189494136, 07758867944.
