It started on 11-2-11, I filled out on internet interest in a federal grant in october. I was told 200.00 for college fee, was told to recieve a 8,000.00 grant I must pay 796.00 for taxes and 250 for actovation fees. I paid 393.oo on 11-2-2011 half on taxes and than on 11.3.11 paid 500.00 rest of the taxes which came to 1,093.00. Then they requested another 125.00 on 11-29-11, and I paid to get back my money. Each time i was told a differnet story paid the 15. it will cancelled thisw grant. I have been calling them alot leaving messages. I was promise my momey back if I pay 125.00 to return my cash, bbut they lied. I was told that on Dec. 1, 2011 within 5 day my moneey will return by mail, but I called them and still tell me they are looking into it will callme . On 12-14-2011, I was told if I pay 200.00 more this will be the last payment to recieved my full amount. no money returned yet. I was told they wanted laywer fees 325.00 too. this never came up it thre begginning. When I called them 1-2-2012 asked for another 200.00 to cancelled and get my money back. I told this woman that this is a scam and fraud and I will report to the fraud about the deaaliong if you do not return my 1,482.63, and she kept claiming this was not a scam or fraud and hung up on me.I called federal grant again 1-4-2012, I talk to a man and he said 200.00 than I will get my money back told him no way will I pay 200.00 which will be grand total of 1682.63 and I am including the cost of western union fees. The number to contact the federal grant is 1-202-657-5251. If interesting in helping me, I want my money back. I may loose my cash, but maybe I could help prevent someone else being a victim.
