Bought a home-based business from them Oct6th ,2011- they were supposed to supply names of businesses in my zip code and codes nearby who requested their services.Instead of a list, they sent me sample post cards they use as mailing pieces, copies of media ads and a black tee shirt. As of Jan5th- no names, when I asked for refund on Oct24, their CEO (Ed Elliott) emailed to me a note saying he would refund the money if I were not satisfied Then the next day they sent me a list of names in another state, then appologized and said it was in error since those names were for someone else. More excuses, more lies, more time wasted then on Nov 22 "Ed Elliott" wrote an email and said he would refund the total if only I sent back the tee shirt, post card samples and ad copies in the same pristine condition as recieved. (no problem) When I asked for a return address, he never responded. In Dec I files a complaint with MasterCard bank and this Company responded that the $671 was for the shipment of the tee shirt, etc. and they had met their responsibility. Clearly a case of "Bait and Switch", they never had any "list" to supply even though the claimed in earlyOct that they would send the list my email in "2 hours"
