  • Your 16-Day Trial Period will start when the product is ordered. You will be responsible to pay Shipping and Handling charges of £5.97 for your first shipment of RevitaDerm. If you wish to cancel your order within your 16-Day Trial Period, simply call customer service within your trial and you will not be charged anything other than the shipping and handling fee. If you enjoy RevitaDerm, do nothing and at the end of your Trial Period your credit card provided today will be charged £79.99. This means that in approximately 30 days from the end of your Trial Period and every 30 days thereafter starting from your initial purchase date, you will be shipped a new supply of RevitaDerm for the low price of £79.99 with FREE shipping. All charges on your credit card will appear on your statement as "RevitaSkincream". This is a reoccurring order which is more fully described below. Remember, you can cancel at any time by contacting our Customer Care Department.
( Its in the terms and conditions )

  • Yeah 'jmass', you don't work for revitaderm / perfect radiance (same company, for anyone who wasn't aware) at all, DO you?! Gillian, this is a total scam - I suggest you cancel your bank card, as from reading other blogs, it appears they continue to take your money as and when they feel. From what I have read about this company, requesting to cancel the trial, calling or emailing, begging and pleading, nothing seems to stop them. Payments are taken by a company in Cyprus and product is shipped from America - Do a bit more research on the net, googling the product names and 'scam'. From what I can see, only thing that will work, without fail, is to cancel your bank card (that you gave the details of), via your bank - they will usually send you a new one within 3 days, so not too inconvenient. This way, they connot call for any furher payments. Some people who have persevered, seem to have been able to get their money back from this despicable company, so it's worth calling them and persevering, but until then, safeguard yourself against futher theft, immediately! How these people sleep at night, I'm not sure! Good Luck! J. x
