Joined Blockbuster for DVD rentals (their 3 DVD's per month plan). Then I started adding DVD's to my rental queue. Each one I selected was clearly marked as DVD format with a click button that clearly states, "Add To Queue." When I went to see the items in my queue, about half of them are marked as "unavailable." I assumed that this meant that all the copies were out on rental. But no! E-mails back and forth to their customer support taught me that "unavailable" means thay they don't have any in stock and are not going to get any in stock. I replied to them that it is misleading to the customers to list a title that they don't even have. They didn't seem to care. As of this date (1-6-12) they still haven't responded to my comment.
Netflix is a MUCH better company. And their rates are cheaper!!!
